Il Cerchietto is a project created to promote and spread a lifestyle based on sobriety, recycling, non-waste and solidarity.
Since 2019 it has been part of «Infanzia & Incontri» APS of Torre Boldone.
REGULATIONS
Access to the service
In order to use the exchange service, you must become a member of “Infanzia & Incontri” APS by completing the membership form either on site or online at the following link https://bit.ly/infanzia-e-incontri-domanda-ammissione-socio.
A membership fee of €10 is required (a membership document bearing the member’s name will be issued).
Membership gives access, free of charge, to all activities organized by “Infanzia & Incontri” APS for the entire educational year (1 September – 31 August) and includes insurance coverage during activities organized by the Association.
What you can bring
Clothing must be clean and in good condition, suitable for your children to wear. The assessment and acceptance of items are at the discretion of the Cerchietto volunteer.
The items handed in entitle you to receive points that can be used immediately to choose other items or accessories of equivalent value, according to the following system
- Jackets, shoes and formalwear 5 points
- All other items 1 point
A maximum of 20 points can be awarded for each exchange.
Points are not cumulative and cannot be saved or used at a later time. Items handed in for exchange will be made available starting from the following opening.
In the event of a large number of visitors, exchanges may be limited to one clothing size at a time, in order to ensure that the service remains accessible to everyone.
Items are not sold.
What you cannot bring
The following items are not accepted:
- Adult clothing in sizes M, L, XL and above; size S may be accepted;
- Baby shoes smaller than EU size 20;
- Bulky items such as strollers, cots, high chairs, etc.;
- Maternity clothing, toys, or miscellaneous items.
If you are not interested in exchanging items but have clothing that is no longer being used, you may still bring it to be “put back into circulation”.
Exchange procedure
The volunteer will:
- verify that the person/family is a member of “Infanzia & Incontri” APS;
- check the condition and cleanliness of the clothing before accepting it;
- assign the appropriate number of points, up to a maximum of 20 points, and initiate the exchange.
Conduct within the premises
Visitors are kindly asked to behave in a polite and respectful manner at all times.
Free movement throughout the premises is not permitted.
Dogs are not allowed.
